What is Ninja?


Ninja is a mixture of many different body movement disciplines that are popular all around the globe! 


In this program you learn the basics of controlling your body that will lead into the following sports:

Parkour- the activity or sport of moving rapidly through an area, typically in an urban environment, negotiating obstacles by running, jumping, and climbing.

Freerunning- a version of parkour that includes acrobatic moves that are purely aesthetic.

Tricking- a new, acrobatic discipline. It borrows and incorporates kicks from martial arts, gymnastics flips and twists, and ground moves from breakdancing.

Ninja Warrior- the combination of agility, speed, strength, momentum, precision and balance in order to navigate and overcome obstacles in various environments through jumping, swinging, climbing, balancing, and running.


Who is Hot Springs Ninja? 

At Hot Springs Ninja we believe every child should know how to have fun, strengthening their bodies and minds. We create a safe and fun environment that inspires kids to not only overcome physical obstacles but also mental and emotional obstacles. Our goals for our athletes are for them to learn self-discipline, respect, and have a love for physical activity. We hope these values will carry with them far beyond their time in our program! 

Hot Springs Ninja's mission is to provide a fun, motivating, and positive environment. We do this every day by instilling those values in everything we do and teach.
